ALOIA 80 is a sailing catamaran made for days spent outside. Her flybridge is set up as a terrace above the water, with lounges, sunbeds and a clear view in every direction, while the forward cockpit gives a second place to sit, quieter and removed from the comings and goings of the aft deck. When there is wind, guests can feel her sail; when there is less, they can stretch out in the sun and let the crew handle the rest. She suits people who want the character of a sailing yacht without giving up room to spread out.
Indoors, the saloon is modern and spacious, with a TV and stereo for evenings in, board games on hand and WiFi for anyone who must keep in touch. The galley sits on the lower level, which keeps cooking out of sight and the living space calm. Sleeping is arranged around an owner's suite and a run of cabins with queen beds, and each has its own bathroom. Because the cabins are so evenly matched, she works well for couples travelling together, with nobody drawing the short straw and the suite left for whoever is hosting.
Much of the day happens on the aft cockpit, where meals are served in the open air with the BBQ and wet bar close by and the Fusion sound system playing as the light goes. The Jacuzzi is there for a warm soak after time in the sea, and gym equipment lets guests keep to a routine aboard. Her crew includes a captain, a deck/stew and a chef, who plan the cooking and shape each itinerary around what guests enjoy, whether that means an early start under sail or a slow morning at anchor.
For those drawn to the water, she carries far more than most. A SeaBob, Wingfoil, Jet Surf, E-foil and Scuba jet sit alongside the TIWAL Sailboat, a kayak and a paddleboard for gentler outings. The Williams Sportjet tows water skis and a monoski for adults, a wakeboard and a tube, and takes guests ashore for lunch or a walk. Snorkeling equipment and a fishing rod round things out. In Greece, among her cruising grounds, that means a quiet cove can fill an afternoon as readily as a harbour town.
