DALOLI: a long-standing crew, a chase tender and a Jacuzzi on her sundeck
DALOLI is a motor yacht built around life outdoors. Her decks are broad and open, and the sundeck gathers what guests come back to through the day: a Jacuzzi, a barbecue, and room to stretch out in the sun or host a lingering lunch. Inside, the saloon is modern and bright, with large windows bringing the sea into view. On the upper deck the dining area is wrapped in glass, so a meal at the table keeps the horizon close. Stabilisers steady her both under way and at anchor, and her modest appetite for fuel makes for an unhurried, considerate way to travel.
The owner's suite is set apart from the guest cabins, up at main-deck level, and has a walk-in wardrobe of its own; it suits a couple who value a private corner aboard. The remaining cabins lie below, quiet and comfortable. The arrangement gives the principal guests space and seclusion without leaving anyone far from the life of the yacht. Children are well provided for: there are water skis sized for them as well as for adults, and a crew known for their ease with younger guests.
When the anchor goes down, the swimming platform opens onto plenty to do. There are Sea-Doo Spark Jet skis with their own platform, a Seabob, an e-foil Electric Surfboard, a wakeboard, water skis, a canoe and a SUP, along with a water slide, a towable banana and towable donuts for the more boisterous. Fishing and swimming equipment come aboard as well. The Chasing ZAR Tender comes with its own driver, ready to run guests ashore, follow the skiers or find a quieter cove. On land, an electric mini scooter, beach volleyball and a cool box make a day on the sand easy.
Her crew have worked alongside one another for many years, and it shows in the quiet way the yacht runs. They keep her in fine order, anticipate what a day needs before it is asked for, and are particularly good with children. Evenings can move ashore when they set up dinner on a beach as the sun goes down. In Greece, where she cruises, that makes for days taken at an easy pace, with a team who already know how to make each guest feel looked after.
