ONCE MORE carries the classic profile of a Posillipo, a yard known in Italy for sturdy building and boats that meet the sea with composure. She is not a yacht that shouts. Her exterior lines are traditional and balanced, and inside the same restraint holds: daylight fills the living areas, and the materials are chosen for warmth and ease rather than show. She has been refitted, and her crew run her for guests who prefer an unhurried rhythm, with meals, passages and stops at anchor arranged quietly around them.
Outside, there is room to spread out. Her open decks give separate places to eat in the fresh air, to lie in the sun and to gather over a drink as the light goes. Climb to the flybridge and the view opens on every side; it is the spot to settle during a longer run along the coast, or to sit with coffee while the anchorage wakes. Her handling is smooth and dependable, so time under way feels like part of the pleasure rather than a gap between swims.
At anchor, life gathers at her stern, where a beach club brings guests down to the level of the water. From there it is a short step into the sea for a swim, onto an Inflatable SUP or the Inflatable sofa, or aboard the Jet ski Spark. The Sea scooter and Snorkeling equipment suit those who would rather look beneath the surface, while Tubes, Water ski, Mono ski and Wakeboard give the crew plenty to set up for anyone wanting pace. The Tender with outboard Mercury runs guests ashore for a walk or a meal.
Her accommodation is where she stands apart. Her principal suites are of matching standing: the VIP sits up alongside the living areas, the master lies a level lower, and each runs from one side of the hull to the other. Neither couple is handed the lesser room, which makes her a natural choice when households or old friends travel together as equals and want comparable privacy. Further guest cabins complete the plan, most of them doubles. Her cruising ground is Greece, where island anchorages and short hops between harbours sit comfortably with her easy pace.
