PAREAKI II is a Maiora motor yacht built for covering water briskly and then settling quietly wherever the day ends. Her crew run the passage, the galley and the toys, which leaves guests free to choose the pace. The heart of her outdoor life is the flybridge, where a Jacuzzi sits beneath an open sky and the upper deck can be shaded from end to end when the sun is high. It is a place to linger over coffee in the morning, to read through the warmest hours, and to watch the light leave the water as the anchor holds.
At anchor, attention turns to the stern and the sea beyond it. A Sea Bob draws guests down to look beneath the surface, while the efoil and the Radinn Jetboard lift confident riders above it. Stand up paddleboards suit a slower tour of a cove. Behind her Zodiac RIB there are water skis for grown-ups and for kids, the Jobe hotseat and the Jobe chaser towable. Because there are skis sized for children, younger guests are as well provided for as their parents. The inflatable swimming platform floats nearby as a calm base, and snorkel equipment is ready for anyone curious about the rocks below.
Meals move outdoors easily. The BBQ lets the crew grill on deck, and with the upper deck shaded, a long lunch remains pleasant well into the afternoon. Ashore, an electric scooter makes light work of a harbour town, or of the road up to a village above it, after the tender lands you on the quay. Her cruising grounds lie in Greece, where island passages are short enough that a morning swim in one bay and dinner in another harbour sit comfortably in the same day.
Inside, the salon on the main deck is set up for evenings in, with a generous screen, a stereo surround sound system and the HEOS App, which carries music through separate zones aboard. Netflix and Cosmote TV cover films and news, the guest cabins each have a television of their own, and a separate office with a television offers a quiet corner for the call that cannot wait. When it is done, the deck, the sea and the next swim are only a few steps away.
